Project Details
TOKI is a project that provides cross-chain infrastructure to make asset transfers between blockchains more seamless and secure. Based on IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication), it enables native asset transfers across the entire ecosystem. This allows for direct asset transfer, unlike traditional bridges, without the use of wrapped tokens.
Security and Reliability
TOKI employs a multi-prover security model to ensure high security and reliability. By combining TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) and ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof), it provides various security levels, giving users peace of mind. TEE performs proof generation and verification, while ZKP provides additional security for high-value transactions. This multi-prover approach ensures high security and efficiency while making messaging between blockchains highly reliable.
Highly Efficient Liquidity Provision
TOKI offers a single-sided liquidity pool, mitigating the risk of impermanent loss for liquidity providers and achieving excellent capital efficiency. This allows users to swap native tokens with one click, minimizing the risk of transaction failure.
Collaboration with Japanese Financial Institutions
TOKI is deepening its collaboration with Japanese financial institutions and is working with MUFG's (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) Progmat to support the issuance of stablecoins that comply with Japanese regulations. This stablecoin is planned to be available on major blockchains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Cosmos.
High Scalability and User-Friendly Design
Another feature of TOKI is its high scalability, which allows DApps developers to easily implement cross-chain functionality, and user-friendly one-click token transfers. This allows developers to abstract complex cross-chain transactions and support more use cases.
TOKI's Ultimate Goal
TOKI's ultimate goal is to build an "internet of blockchains" on all blockchains by leveraging IBC and multi-prover security. It aims to provide a truly open and secure cross-chain infrastructure globally, serving billions of users.
Future Outlook
The project plans to launch a testnet in 2024 and a beta mainnet in 2025. This is expected to provide widespread cross-chain functionality across various blockchains and practical application of Japanese stablecoins.
Roadmap
- Incentivized Testnet Announcement: Mid-July 2024
- Start of Incentivized Testnet for Token Transfer: Starting from BNB Chain <> Ethereum, Early August 2024
- Introduction of Pool and Farm Functionality: October 2024
- β Mainnet Launch: November 2024
Airdrop Information
TOKI offers rewards to early participants through an incentivized testnet. The testnet will launch in 2024, starting with transfer functionality, followed by the addition of liquidity provision functionality. Participants will earn points based on their activity on the testnet, which may be reflected in later token economics and mainnet launch. Details of future airdrops and tokenomics will be updated from time to time through official project announcements.
