Summary of Airdrops, TGE, and Progress Updates from February 2025

This article provides a brief overview of each project! Let’s use these references to ensure we don’t miss out on any airdrops in March!

Among the airdrops held in February 2025, Berachain, KaitoAI, and Solayer generated significant buzz. Additionally, Monad’s testnet launch and OpenSea’s token issuance announcement remain hot topics, with lively discussions on how to best take advantage of them. Although the market environment is struggling to gain momentum, now is the time to engage in steady activities to secure future airdrops!

An Ethereum L2 developed by the Pudgy Penguins team. Mainnet launched on January 27, featuring the “Abstract Global Wallet” with email login and other user-friendly features. Around 120 DApps are already operational. As incentives, users earn XP, and developers also receive rewards.

L1 (Time Oracle) specialized in time data. A $ANLOG token community airdrop claim is open for test participants from January 19 to June 19. Recipients can claim based on assigned batches on the official claim site. Any unclaimed allocation after June 19 reverts to the ecosystem fund.

A DeFi-focused L1 chain featuring “Proof-of-Liquidity.” On February 6, they airdropped about 80 million $BERA tokens alongside mainnet. This accounts for 15.8% of the total supply of 500 million, allocated to testnet participants, social contributors, Bong Bears NFT holders, etc. Airdrop claims began February 6 (for social contributors starting February 10). The chain is an EVM-compatible L1.

AI × fintech platform. Running an airdrop campaign for its native token $BLUAI in three seasons. Rewards are given to participants completing tasks like profile setup, operating AI nodes, referrals, etc. They deploy their own chain on Caldera.

A multi-chain meme-coin trading platform (MCEX). Began a “BUZZ” token airdrop in early February. Users accumulate XP through registration, Twitter linkage, referrals, etc. At the end of the season, 20% of the total supply is distributed. Supports Base and Ethereum.

Infrastructure for building rollups. Announced on February 19 that it will issue a native $ERA token this year and conduct a retroactive airdrop. Details to be released soon. Over 30 Caldera-based rollups are live, with a TVL of around $600 million.

A SocialFi-style IDO launchpad integrated with the influencer network “Chirpley.” TGE: A public sale for the $CHPD token took place on TrustSwap on February 10, 2025, and TGE (token activation) is scheduled for February 26 on Base chain. Notably, 50% of IDO allocation is decided by token staking, and the remaining 50% by point-based tasks (social posts, referrals, etc.).

Blockchain eSports platform. On February 19, it released the $CGX token on the Ronin chain and started airdrop claims for presale participants. High levels of traffic caused temporary instability, indicating strong interest. They plan to use CGX in the forecast market “Forkast.”

Privacy bridging protocol. Will host a gamified airdrop campaign in Q4 2024. In mid-February, they published an allocation checker for $CLONE tokens. TGE is planned for Q1 2025.

Popular NFT collection. Announced its own $DOOD token issuance on February 13. Built on Solana with a total supply of 10 billion, with 68% allocated for community purposes. Rewards will go to NFT holders and community contributors, with a future plan to bridge to Base chain.

A decentralized data labeling platform (for building AI training datasets). Airdrop: Started on January 21, 2025, with a testnet campaign rewarding whitelisted participants with $FRAC tokens for performing dataset labeling tasks. The campaign runs through March 2025; users completing required tasks during this period are eligible. Official X: (Info pending)

AI-driven Web3 marketing & gamification platform (formerly Gamety). TGE: On February 25, 2025, they will launch the $GTY token on Base chain following an IDO on TrustSwap. After TGE, trading begins on Uniswap (Base), and about a week later, $GTY will be listed on MEXC and Coinstore. Anyone could join the public IDO on TrustSwap (starting Feb 17) with a 24-hour refund guarantee.

A modular L2 that integrates Bitcoin and Ethereum. Raised $15M from Binance Labs, etc. Mainnet is scheduled for March 12. Their late 2024 incentivized testnet saw 20M+ transactions and 200k PoP miners.

A decentralized ID verification protocol using biometric data. Airdrop: Since February 2025, they are running a campaign on testnet awarding token rewards to those who create a “Human ID” and complete tasks. After registering identity, daily tasks, friend referrals, and SNS linking earn points. OKX wallet users get a 10% points bonus. Official X: (Info pending)

NFT aggregator and DEX. Distributing about 50 million JUP for its Q4 2024 Active Staking Rewards (ASR). Claims start in late January 2025 (for those who staked JUP and participated in community voting between Oct–Dec 2024). Rewards remain locked in the user’s staking balance, to be distributed quarterly.

Web3 information platform. On February 20, it began distributing $KAITO token (listed on Binance). Targets Yaps program participants and Genesis NFT holders, with a snapshot taken on Feb 17–18. Issued on Base chain, 20% of total supply is allocated to airdrops/incentives.

A restaking platform on BNB Chain. TGE: $KERNEL token generation event slated for February 2025 (exact date TBA). 55% of total supply is allocated to community rewards (20% for airdrops, 35% for future community rewards), 5% to ecosystem/partners, 20% private sale, 20% team/advisors. Airdrops to be split into 3 rounds.

A metaverse city platform fusing gaming, commerce, AI, and culture. TGE: On February 6, 2025, launched the utility token $CLAY. Public trading on Polygon’s Uniswap. $CLAY is used for staking rewards, NFT marketplace access, virtual real estate purchases, governance voting, and more. Anyone can get it on Uniswap—no whitelist sale.

A blockchain fighting game themed around crypto, featuring NFT-based characters. Airdrop: A points-based campaign for the $BRAWL token is ongoing (until February 20, 2025). By competing in matches, community engagement, daily tasks, and referring friends (up to 20), players earn points. The top 50 participants share a total of $25,000 in tokens. High-performance EVM-compatible Layer 1. Launched public testnet on February 19 in partnership with Orderly Network. Testnet participants may be eligible for a future airdrop. It’s a stand-alone L1.

A decentralized AI content layer project. TGE: Held a $SHELL token sale on February 13, 2025, via Binance Wallet and PancakeSwap. 4% of total supply (40 million tokens) sold at 0.00003175 BNB (~$0.02), with an oversubscription ratio of ~114×, raising 145,100 BNB ($100M) vs. a target of 1,270 BNB. Any BNB holder could participate, with a personal cap of 3 BNB, allocated pro rata.

A Web3-native big data platform. Running a “Data Quest” program where users earn points by contributing data. Early users receive a “Founding Navigator NFT,” with a token airdrop planned.

The largest NFT marketplace. Announced on February 13 its “SEA” token launch and airdrop. Distribution will be based on a point-earning system for marketplace activity, with further eligibility details to be announced. Confirmed to be open to U.S. users.

The fifth OP token distribution by the Ethereum L2 network Optimism. Airdrop: A total of 10.3M OP (~$16M) allocated to 54,700 addresses, claimable until February 13, 2025. This round targeted “Superchain” ecosystem contributors who interacted with 20+ contracts on OP Stack-based networks from Mar 15 to Sep 15, 2024.

Smartphone-based mining project. Though not fully launched, some exchanges plan to list the PI token in early 2025, according to reports. (Official project stance is cautious, continuing to warn users about fraudulent tokens.) Mainnet opening is still under preparation.

Decentralized DeFi protocol. On February 25, $PRYZM tokens were TGE, and airdrop distribution began for stakedrop participants and test participants. Those who delegated to the project’s validator using ATOM or OSMO, as well as top testers on “Photons,” are eligible. Airdrops can be claimed on the Pryzm chain (Cosmos-based) for 45 days.

A cross-chain lending protocol unifying multi-chain liquidity. Airdrop: Continual incentive distribution of $RDNT tokens to protocol users. As of February 2025, users providing liquidity, earning interest, or participating in governance receive RDNT rewards automatically. No special application required—anyone performing eligible activities can get rewards.

AI infrastructure for agents (“AI Intel Layer”). Built on Arbitrum Orbit and Dymension. On February 21, it opened $RIZ token airdrop claims (deadline March 14). Rewards allocated to the 1.2 million testnet participants (those meeting each epoch’s point criteria). Additional distribution goes to zNode purchasers.

Web3 infrastructure “Social Layer.” Issued 1B $LAYER tokens, with the airdrop claim starting February 11 (for 30 days). The snapshot targets early community participants, plus a slot for BNB depositors. The airdrop can be claimed directly via Bitget wallet, etc.

A Layer 1 blockchain for IP (intellectual property). Mainnet “Homer” went live on January 19, followed by the first $IP token airdrop on February 13. Gitcoin Passport score of 20+ was required for test participants. 10% of total supply (with 5% allocated to the community) is set aside for airdrops. It’s an independent L1 chain.

A Telegram-based “tap-to-earn” game with tens of millions of users. TGE: The $TAPS token is set to launch on BNB Chain on February 14, 2025 (originally planned on TON but changed). In-game coins can be withdrawn and traded after TGE. Multiple exchanges (including Bitget) plan to list $TAPS. The in-game currency earned during Season 1 (ending Feb 6, 2025) can be exchanged for tokens at TGE, effectively an airdrop reward.

A decentralized AI platform by Erik Voorhees, providing private AI inference APIs. Airdrop: On January 27, 2025, they issued 100M $VVV tokens, with half (50M) airdropped to Venice users and AI community projects. The eligibility includes ~100k users scoring 25+ points on the platform between Oct 1–Dec 31, 2024, claimable until March 13, 2025. No pre-sale, initial liquidity provided on the Base DEX (Aerodrome).

Web3 analytics platform. Preparing to issue the native $DIN token in February by releasing an airdrop allocation checker. Participants can verify rewards based on DIN points earned from tests and bounties. TGE is upcoming.

The first Layer 2 solution for Solana, offering high-speed, low-fee scalability. Airdrop: Early access and airdrops ongoing until mainnet TGE (scheduled for June 2025). 20% of total supply is reserved for the community, with participants able to earn points via daily check-ins, referrals, etc. The number of $XOS tokens each user receives at TGE depends on these points (exchange rate TBA). Interested users can sign up on the official site and start completing tasks.
