Project Overview
Upshift is a service designed to help users earn interest income (yield) from crypto assets efficiently. Crypto assets deposited by users are managed by a team of professionals, and the profits are returned to users. A key feature is that it enables access to sophisticated yield strategies previously only available to institutional investors.
Fundraising Information
The developer of Upshift, August Digital, raised $6 million in a seed round in April 2023 from investors including Hack VC, 6MV, and Robot Ventures. In March 2025, the company secured $10 million in a Series A round led by Dragonfly Capital.

The Upshift Points Program rewards liquidity providers and active participants within the Upshift ecosystem. Below are details on how to earn points and available incentives.
Points System (Upshift Season 1)
- 5x Bonus (Limited-Time Offer): Users who deposit into vaults before total TVL reaches $750 million earn 5x points.
- Base Points (1x): Users earn base points (1x) by depositing assets into any Upshift vault (lending or DeFi yield).
Since point issuance decreases over time, early participants can earn more. Point allocations may be revised periodically, and new ways to earn points could be added.
